Long time since my last blog update here on DaMatrix.com. I won another EMOP package and I went to Sunny Beach to play in EMOP Bulgaria. Didn't cash though :(

I have had two 3rd place finishes in Doyle's Bounty at Doylesroom. Tripping up at the last hurdle to bad luck.

 The bad luck peaked last night when I bubbled a $7,000 EPO package and a live heads-up versus Evander Holyfield in London. FML!

Not happy!

Anyway, I'll be playing EMOP Barcelona in September and the first ever GSOP Live in Riga in October.

It really is about time that I take down one of these live tournaments!

Uploaded a new photo album: Las Palmas. It features photos from my recent trip to Las Palmas to play in the European Masters of Poker Gran Canaria after qualifying online.

It was a great experience despite not cashing in the tournament. I couldn't recover after losing KK v AA.

Hi everyone, quick blog update for 2010.

Cold start to the year, with the UK covered in snow! Currently losing for the month, haven't played much cash games and no big MTT scores. Won my first tourney of 2010 though at Betsafe Poker to qualify for a final in February which will award a $2,500 package to the Gumball 3000 in Stockholm, Sweden. See last year's Gumball 3000 leg in Las Vegas:

 

 

Played in the $480 Premier League Poker Satellite final at Party Poker last Sunday. I was 3/9 at the final table where 1st place was a $9,000 trip to Las Vegas for the playoff to the $100,000 buyin PLP IV but I only finished 6th after I lost AJ v AQ in the crapshoot phase.
